Fees

We provide you an estimate of our fees and charges associated with your matter.

We are transparent in our charging and you may elect to have fixed priced charging or be billed according to our hourly rates.

We are priced fairly against our true competitors.  But like all things in life you do get what you pay for.

Our charge out rates are as follows (current as at March 2010)*:

Partners     $350.00 per hour

Lawyers     $220.00 per hour

Paralegals  $160.00 per hour

Daily rates for court hearings**

$1600.00 per day

$1100.00 half day

* Hourly rates and daily rates exclude GST.  Prices subject to change with notice to you in writing. 

  We calculate time in 5 minute increments. 

  Our fees do not include disbursements and service fees payable to third parties.

** Daily Rates are capped at $1600.00 per day (excluding GST) for court matters only.
